We Did It!

Thank you for taking the time to attend a REACH class. This semester we hosted 16 classes with a total of 409 participants. We are educators. We have a huge impact on our students’ success.

As we move forward as a division using REACH, we encourage staff to share their story of how they see REACH in their work.

Last week the Education Team met to review curricula moving forward. They discussed your feedback and examined the future needs of staff in Student Affairs as we strive to further understand our impact in student learning. In order to facilitate a deeper understanding of how the Four C’s and REACH complement one another and intersect, the classes will be merged for new staff in the fall semester. New staff members will attend the New Staff Orientation hosted by the Staff Development Team, True Colors and then Four C’s/REACH.

The classes are merging – not the models. Both models will remain independent constructs and ideas that are supported by the entire division. We are only changing the method of instruction. As we complete our work on these classes, we welcome your input. Please do not hesitate to email us your feedback.
