Vaccination Clinics
To help keep the Roadrunner community safe and healthy as flu season approaches, the university is partnering with H-E-B to provide on-campus vaccination clinics for faculty and staff.
Fall 2025 Vaccination Clinics
Scheduling an appointment in advance saves you time when you arrive by allowing you to submit necessary documentation prior to your appointment and helps ensure you can get vaccinated during your preferred time slot. A link to schedule appointments will be available soon.
Walk-ins are also accepted. Individuals will need to bring their medical insurance card, UTSACard, prescription insurance card and driver’s license or valid photo ID.

Important Reminders
- Employees are encouraged to schedule their appointment in advance to ensure availability and insurance coverage. Many vaccines are free for individuals covered under most insurance plans accepted by H-E-B, including UT Select BCBS.
- If the participant does not have insurance or there is a coverage issue identified at the clinic, the provider will accept payment in the form of cash or check only.
- On-campus vaccine clinics are not open to the general public. Current faculty and staff are welcome to attend and are encouraged to schedule an appointment.
- Unable to attend the vaccination clinics? You can find a local retail pharmacy by contacting 1-800-818-0155 or logging into Express Scripts (ESI).
