Vaccination Clinics
To help keep the Roadrunner community safe and healthy as flu season approaches, UTSA is partnering with H-E-B to provide on-campus vaccination clinics for faculty and staff.
The fall 2024 vaccination clinics have concluded. Check back for future dates.
Important Reminders
- Employees are encouraged to schedule their appointment in advance to ensure availability and insurance coverage. Many vaccines are free for individuals covered under most insurance plans accepted by H-E-B, including UT Select BCBS.
- If the participant does not have insurance or there is a coverage issue identified at the clinic, the provider will accept payment in the form of cash or check only.
- On-campus vaccine clinics are not open to the general public. Current UTSA faculty and staff are welcome to attend and are encouraged to schedule an appointment.
- Unable to attend the UTSA Vaccination Clinics? You can find a local retail pharmacy by contacting 1-800-818-0155 or logging into Express Scripts (ESI).
