You significantly shape the lives of numerous students at UTSA through your keen ability to connect with them on a level where they feel included, supported and inspired. When I think of someone who is passionate about students and their self-awareness and development, I think of you.

During the LeaderShape® Institute last May, I had the opportunity to witness firsthand the positive and transforming impact you have made on so many students. Your commitment and influence as a leader, coach and mentor serve as an excellent example to our students. You strive to provide them with the best experiences possible because you value and believe in the power of lifelong learning.
