I am extremely pleased and honored to pass on “Thank You Rowdy” to you for your exceptional assistance to myself and the entire office of Student Health Services. You set the standard of excellence for demonstration of teamwork to everyone you work with, including offices throughout the UTSA campus.

When I recently moved to the Office of Student Health Services, you quickly offered your support as my “go to” person when I required assistance with a multitude of tasks. Although you are extremely busy with your workload, you always take the time out of your day to assist me with various projects I am working on, however, what is most impressive is that you also always go the extra mile with your personal touch on training and sharing information. Whether it be dissecting information and breaking it down for others to easily understand, making copies of your personal notes on policies and procedures and sharing them with myself and others, or simply serving as the repository of historical information for the department that assist many of us when we are in need of information to complete a project, your level of expertise and professionalism exceed the limits of a true expert in her field. Your loyalty to the department and to UTSA shines through all that you do and you excel in the area of interpersonal relationships so that you understand the needs of each individual you work with and tailor your assistance accordingly.

Margaret, it is clear to all that work with you that you take your job seriously and consider it a privilege as well as a responsibility. I sincerely cannot thank you enough for all you have done for me since we began working together over three years ago. Anyone who solicits your input, assistance or knowledge on a subject is indeed fortunate to have someone so reliable and knowledgeable to assist them.

Again, thank you so very much for your dedication and the personal touches you always add when asked to assist others. It does not go unnoticed and I am truly fortunate to work with you and learn from you daily. I could not do my job as well without your support!
