This is a very exciting time of year for our seniors, graduate students and PhD candidates as they come down to the final days of their academic journey and begin to prepare for graduation and their commencement ceremony! Students are busy with their final classes and planning details of their graduation so we want to make it quick and easy for them to get the information they need for graduation and to order their regalia, diploma frame, class rings and more! GRAD FEST Fall 2015 is the one stop event to get it all done!

Students graduating in December 2015 are highly encouraged to participate in the UTSA GRAD FEST on October 19th from 10:00am to 6:00pm or Oct 20th from 10:00am to 3:00pm in the HEB UC Ballroom at the Main Campus. For those students at the downtown campus, GRAD FEST will run Monday, October 19th, from 1:00pm to 6:00pm in the Frio Street Commons.

Students will have the opportunity to purchase commencement regalia, order class rings, diploma frames, take graduation photos, explore graduate school opportunities, learn about successful Stafford loan repayment and discuss career outcomes and professional job search.

While attendance is not required and regalia can still be purchased online, you don’t want to miss the GRAD FEST event! It will be a great time complete with snacks, music, a selfie station and a chance to win prizes! Some of the prizes students could win if they attend GRAD FEST include a set of regalia for the undergraduate or master level (cap, gown, tassel) OR rental of doctoral regalia, diploma frames and more!
